Graffiti artists mourning loss of another beacon as West Farms meat plant is set to be razed, replac

It's former City Council Speaker Gifford Miller against some of the greatest graffiti artists in the Bronx. Thanks to a zoning change — and $1.2 million in capital funds from the borough president — the graffiti-covered stretches of industrial West Farms will be leveled to make way for a $400 million housing development.
